  • What is the estimated delivery time and how is it calculated?
The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.
  • What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?
Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location.
  • If I choose a faster shipping rate, will you fulfill my order faster too?
All orders shipping with the Overnight delivery method for US domestic orders will automatically be marked as priority in our system and bumped up in the fulfillment queue.
  • How long is shipping for orders within the EU?
For orders shipped from our Europe location to a European destination, shipping can take between 5-10 business days after fulfillment. For orders shipped from our Europe location to non-EU regions, it can be between 10-20 business days.
  • What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must pbe submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We may ask for your to confirm that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
  • Why can’t I select Express shipping at order checkout?
You won’t be able to select the Express shipping option for shipments to Europe if you haven’t added a contact phone number during checkout. It’s a requirement to add your phone number so the carrier can get in touch with you to arrange the delivery.
  • Can we deliver orders to a PO Box?
Typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. Bulkier shipments that are too large to be accepted by national postal operators use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.
  • What if my customer entered the wrong address?
Since carriers calculate live shipping rates mainly by the zip code entered, it is possible that an incorrectly formatted address could be entered and the package is still able to ship from our facility. In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address. If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to our HQ and you will be notified once it is received back. We are happy to cover the reshipping charge, but we appreciate if this can be avoided of course.
